ORDER TRACKING:
Please copy & paste your tracking number to the search bar on the top of your browser for the most up to date shipping and tracking status.
Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided.
Please be sure to provide us your best email and don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders. As a reminder, items may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive as stated at the top of our website and in the confirmation email.
 
IS THERE A SPECIAL WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY HOODIE?
Yes, to make sure your garment last for years to come, PLEASE WASH YOUR HOODIE INSIDE-OUT ON A COLD WATER CYCLE & DO NOT PUT THE HOODIE IN THE DRYER, HANG DRY ONLY. 
PROVIDER IS NOT LIABLE NOR WILL REPLACE OR ISSUE ANY REFUND FOR ANY GARMENT THAT IS TAMPERED WITH OR DAMAGED DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE HOODIE OWNER.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

As stated on our banner above our homepage, please allow between 5 to 14 business days at most to receive your order before contacting our order support team. Production time may vary during high volume times and holidays. At these times orders can take up to 21 BUSINESS DAYS to be processed, handled & sent out to you.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Sezzle.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: 

PROVIDER is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the order is shipped by the USPS or delivered to the order address, we are NOT liable. Unfortunately we are not liable to send a new package or issue a refund. Please contact the USPS with your tracking number and file a claim.
